I tend to be a brown thumb, but these guys are blooming beautifully at the moment (most likely because my mum always waters them for me when she come over).

I understand your joy when something flowers. My thumb is brown but lucky my husbands is very green so he mainly grows our veges, but when one of my plants flowers...Aaaahh exciting! Well worth a post indeed! Love your goodies from you previous post too!

oh this is so beautiful. It was last year the flower of the year here in the NL and it always makes me think of my grandmother. She passed away when I was 14. She always had one just like this and in a green hanging basket and one in a tin watering can in her garden. ahw she was such a Mrs.green fingers outside and inside she cooked and baked and always laughed. Her favourite colour was yellow :) oooh I'm dreaming away. Thanx for the post and enjoy your week!
